Hof ten Dormaal, founded in 2009, is based in a small town just north of the city of Leuven in Belgium. The brewery is a 99% self-sustainable brewery that is part of an active farm run by Jansens family.
The farm grows their own barley and hops. Water comes from the well at the farm and they collect their own energy. The only they have to buy is yeast. All left-over residu from the brewing process is used as food for the livestock of the farm
The beers from this brewery originate from great recipes and are full of flavor with its own character.
